A memorandum of cooperation was signed between Fergana State Technical University and Gomel State Technical University named after P.O. Sukhov.

Within the framework of this memorandum, a "Roadmap" was developed, and cooperation in a number of strategic areas was determined.
Based on the "Roadmap", work will be carried out in the following areas:
Academic mobility exchange for students will be established;
A grant-based admission system for basic doctoral studies and doctoral studies will be introduced;
It is planned to organize internships for professors and teachers;
A modern laboratory for energy efficiency will be established in the form of a spin-off unitary enterprise;
A student training system will be established based on the 1+2+1 model based on a joint educational program
