The educational and incubation program "InnoX", organized in cooperation with the Startup Center of Fergana State Technical University and Ferghana Youth Technopark, continues smoothly. The program serves to strengthen students' practical knowledge and skills to develop startup ideas, develop innovative solutions and commercialize them.
1. Education and training
Bootcamp and trainings: At the initial stage, students participated in intensive training sessions on the basics of startups, business modeling, Design Thinking, digital product creation.
Mentoring: One-on-one mentoring sessions with experienced entrepreneurs, IT specialists and investors were organized.
2. Create Startup Projects
Idea selection and prototyping: Every year, a dozen teams of students submitted their ideas, the most promising of which were reached the minimum performance product level (MVP).
Residency of the Technopark: Several communities are residents of the Fergana Youth Technopark and are provided with office space, technical base, and consulting services.
3. Commercialization and Collaboration
Meeting with investors: Final "Demo Day" projects were presented to local and foreign investors. Grant and acceleration: Several startups have won grants from both public and private funds, gaining additional financial resources to expand their businesses.
4. Ecology and social benefits
Within the framework of the program, some projects were developed in line with the SDG goals, such as green energy, smart agriculture, and digital health.
Innovative thinking, teamwork, responsibility and leadership skills were strengthened among young people.
To this end, on September 27, the training and incubation program "InnoX" in cooperation with the Startup Center of Fergana State Technical University and Fergana Youth Technopark continues. The main purpose of this program was to attract students and youth to innovative thinking, science and broad outlook, to develop startup culture, as well as to contribute to the sustainable economic growth in the region.
During the meeting, mentors, professors and students made lectures on the development of innovative thinking, the formation of startup culture and the introduction of modern technologies into economic development. The participants noted that science and technology are the strongest driving force of today's progress, and that sustainable growth of society can be ensured through openness to innovation and knowledge.
That initiative not only supported creativity, but also strengthened the active role of young people in science, entrepreneurship and society, and inspired faculty members with modern pedagogical and technological approaches.
Within the framework of the program, the head of the startup center Q.U. Mahammadjonov gave detailed information and insights on the topic.

This study program "InnoX" reflects the continuous strategy of Fergana State Technical University to equip young people with science, technology and entrepreneurship skills and prepare them for sustainable development on the basis of innovative ideas.
The figures show that students' innovative thinking and practical experience are increasing year by year, strengthening their ability to quickly understand various economic and social problems and find the right solutions through the startup ecosystem.
Throughout the program, students developed higher skills such as teamwork, responsibility, and leadership. Through more innovative trainings, pitching sessions and mentoring meetings, the youth have not only shown their creative potential, but also managed to express national idea and global innovative mentality through new startup ideas.
The increasing activity of the participants from year to year increases their initiative and creates a solid ground for further expansion of such scientific and technological projects. Such initiatives play an important role in the strategy of sustainable development of Fergana State Technical University and serve the formation of students as creative, technologically minded and socially responsible persons.
