Support of women and girls, creating conditions for their social, spiritual and professional development is important for the development of society. To this end, Fergana State Technical University implemented a number of initiatives and held events aimed at improving students' legal literacy, creative abilities and entrepreneurial skills. These activities not only enhanced the individual potential of students, but also played an important role in the social life of the university. Through such initiatives, the role of women and girls in society is further strengthened and serves sustainable development.
On July 8, 2025, UNDP, Hamroh and the Ministry of Economy and Finance launched an acceleration programme aimed at the development of women's entrepreneurship in Fergana . N. Nishanbayeva and M. Qahhorova participated in this eight-week free training program and had the opportunity to improve their knowledge of marketing, branding and business management.

Also, on May 23, 2025, a spiritual and educational event was organized at the Faculty of Architecture and Construction with the participation of students and teachers as part of the "National Dress Week". It highlighted the aesthetic and spiritual value of national clothes, strengthened the students' sense of national pride and pride.
On May 15, 2025, in honor of the International Day of the Family, a meeting was held with the members of the "John Girls" community. The roundtable discussed the role of students in the family and society, increasing their personal motivation and social activity. In addition, practical psychological "Master class" classes were held, directions were given on the girls' future educational and life plans.

In addition, on the initiative of the Women's Council, a creative evening was organized in honor of the 78th anniversary of the famous poet Halima Khudoyberdieva. During the event, a video presentation about the life and work of the poet was shown and samples of his works were read. The night was held in a warm atmosphere in the bosom of nature and the poet's selflessness and merits to the glorification of women were remembered with great respect.
In total, more than 200 students and teachers took part in the events.

As a result of these initiatives, the legal literacy, entrepreneurial skills, spirituality and social activity of the University women have been significantly increased. The students' confidence in respect for national values, self-development and active participation in the life of society has been intensified. Projects like these continue steadily, making a positive impact for the university community and the entire local community. They are important as one of the key steps in the university's sustainable development strategy.
