Aspiration of young people to a healthy lifestyle and staying physically active is one of the most pressing issues today. Active participation of university students in sports trials strengthens not only their health, but also their discipline and aspiration towards a goal. The initiative will boost team spirit by fostering healthy competition among the youth. The role and usefulness of sport in the educational process was clearly demonstrated by the results of the trials. These activities are meaningful not only to students, but also to the general public.
Our students took a worthy part in sports trials of higher educational institutions in 18-29 age categories and took honorable places. During the competition, they were able to meet the special requirements that will test strength, endurance and skill. Results:
In addition, our students achieved honorable results on "Level of Physical Fitness". 1st degree — Rustamjonov Shakhzodbek Shukhratjon oglu (ATTF 615-22),
3rd degree — Elbekov Diorbek Shukhratovich (EMF 33-22).
They were awarded special badges, certificates and sports uniforms, further raising the honor of the university.
16 students actively participated in the sports trials, 5 of them won the prizes. This indicates that about 35% of the total participants achieved the result. Also, 2 students were awarded with special degree badges. Statistically, compared to last year, the number of winners has increased by 1,3 times. These results clearly demonstrate the growing interest of our students in sports.
These events are designed to widely promote healthy lifestyles among young people, involve them in regular sports and
played an important role in the formation of competitive culture. The success of our students created a positive spirit in the life of the university and served as an example to other young people. More broadly, such activities serve as an effective tool for inculcating the important values of sustainable development in the minds of young people.
