Student Well-being: Healthy Lifestyle and Medical Culture Initiatives
The health and well-being of students at our university is important not only for their academic success, but also for the quality of education and the quality of their future lives. After all, a healthy mind in a healthy body, as they say, only physically and spiritually strong young people can achieve their goals. Therefore, our university consistently carries out comprehensive work to ensure the health, safety and quality of life of students. These actions are part of a nationwide strategy aimed at forming a healthy and educated generation in our society.

Physical Culture and Activity
Ongoing activities aimed at improving the physical culture of students have been established. Regular morning physical education classes held every week encourage students to be energetic and active throughout the day. These classes are organized on a strictly defined schedule, before the start of classes. Our university has modern gyms, outdoor football, basketball and volleyball fields, as well as running tracks, which students can use at any time. Health challenges such as “10 thousand steps”, various interfaculty sports leagues and sports clubs form a competitive spirit among students and significantly increase interest in sports.
Improving medical culture and preventive measures
Various educational and practical activities are regularly held to improve the medical literacy of students. In particular, explanatory work is carried out on health issues, personal hygiene rules, immunization and prevention of various infectious diseases. Training on topics such as stress management, sleep hygiene and concentration is aimed at strengthening the mental health of students. Also, preventive screenings (blood pressure, cardiovascular indicators, body mass index, vision) are regularly organized to monitor the health of students. “First Aid 103” practical exercises provide students with practical skills on how to act correctly in emergency situations.

Combating smoking and alcoholism
The principle of a smoke-free environment is strictly promoted on the university campus. Educational events are held about the negative consequences of harmful habits, the dangers of passive smoking and the impact of alcohol consumption on human health. Attention is paid to constantly raising awareness through social advertising, information corners and volunteer clubs. These actions are aimed at encouraging young people to lead a healthy life and protecting them from harmful habits.
Medical station activities and donation campaigns
In order to provide students with high-quality and prompt medical care, a medical station operates at the university in accordance with the established procedure. The procedure for emergency appeals and a duty schedule have been announced at the medical station. If necessary, students are provided with primary medical care and directed to appropriate medical institutions. There are necessary medicines, first aid kits and automated external defibrillators (AED) for emergencies.
In order to widely promote the principles of humanity, donation campaigns are held with the participation of students, teachers and staff. These events have become an important tradition for increasing social responsibility and helping those in need. Before donation events, a medical examination, strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards are ensured.

Our university has established cooperation with various local medical institutions, sports organizations and non-governmental foundations in the field of healthcare. A group of volunteers from students is actively involved in preventive actions, first aid instructions and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. They contribute to a positive impact on the university community and the surrounding environment with their initiatives.
Against AIDS: Awareness and Prevention Campaign
Our university is implementing a wide range of activities to raise awareness and promote preventive measures against HIV/AIDS among students and staff. The main goal of this campaign is to prevent the spread of AIDS infection, provide accurate information about the disease, and form a positive attitude towards people living with the disease in society.
As part of the events, lectures, seminars and open discussions will be organized with the participation of specialists. At these meetings, detailed information will be provided on the ways of transmission of HIV infection, measures for its prevention, diagnostics and treatment methods of the disease. Students will also be informed about the role of a healthy lifestyle in the prevention of HIV/AIDS.
Free express tests will be conducted as part of the campaign, which will allow each participant to quickly and conveniently check their health. These tests, conducted at the medical point of our university and in specially organized centers, will create the opportunity for early detection of HIV and, if necessary, referral to appropriate specialists.
All of the above efforts demonstrate the responsible approach of our university to ensuring the well-being and health of each student. Areas such as encouraging physical activity, increasing medical literacy, combating harmful habits, and conducting humanitarian campaigns create the basis for young people not only to receive education, but also to live a full and happy life. Through these works, our university is becoming not only a place of knowledge, but also a school of healthy lifestyle and social responsibility. After all, healthy and educated young people are the greatest wealth of society, they are the force that creates the bright future of our country.
