The "Green Belt" project has been launched in the area of the "Karkidon" reservoir in the Kuva district.

The “Green Belt” project is being implemented on an area of 270 hectares in the “Karkidon” reservoir of the Kuva district. The event organized on this occasion was attended by the regional governor Khairullo Bozorov, heads of regional sectors, heads of departments and organizations, enlighteners, youth, and representatives of Fergana State Technical University.
The head of the region noted that the “Green Space” nationwide project, launched three years ago at the initiative of our President, has become a truly people's movement, and noted that these efforts are aimed at preserving nature, greening our country, and exemplary work has been carried out in our region in this regard.
It is gratifying that representatives of Fergana State Technical University also actively participated in this initiative and made a worthy contribution to improving the environment.
