Today, in the conference hall of the university, in collaboration with the State Institution "Intellectual Property Center" under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Fergana State Technical University, a seminar on "Recommendations for the preparation of an application for a patent for an invention and utility model" was held.
First, the vice-rector for scientific work and innovations of the university Sh.M. Davlyatov opened the seminar. After that, the head of the Department of Industrial Designs, Selection Achievements, Appellations of Origin of the State Institution "Intellectual Property Center" under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Orinbayev provided detailed information and concepts on the process of preparing, processing and examination of an application for an invention and utility model.
At the end of the event, the issues on the agenda were discussed, and the tasks to be performed by the parties were distributed and agreed upon.
