A delegation consisting of Lang Xianguo, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of Chengdu University of Technology of the People's Republic of China, and professors Zhang WEN and Li Dian visited Fergana State Technical University
2025-04-16During the visit, a meeting was held with the delegation members in the university conference hall and mutual cooperation projects were discussed.
During these meetings, agreements were reached that were beneficial to both higher education institutions. In particular, agreements were reached on full scholarships for graduates of our university to study at the master's and doctoral levels at Chengdu University of Technology, and on short-term internship programs in China for our professors, teachers, students and researchers in the fields of ecology, environmental protection and geology, with all expenses covered by a foreign partner.
During the visit, the delegation members held a seminar for university students. At the seminar, students were told about studying at Chengdu University of Technology, educational grants, and life in Chengdu.
During this seminar, Professor Zhang Wenf of Chengdu University of Technology gave a lecture to students about his scientific work in the field of environment. Professor Li Dian of Chengdu University of Technology also gave a full account of the research carried out within the framework of his scientific work to university students and researchers.
